4. Intellectual Property

Content created for clients (blog posts, landing pages, etc.) becomes the client’s property upon full payment.

We use industry-leading tools to deliver SEO services including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and our proprietary AI platform ForgeSEO.io. Use of these tools on your behalf is governed by their respective terms of service.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, website credentials, or proprietary information with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver services (e.g., platform integrations) or as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4 SEO PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
